This bronze kyathos, discovered in Tomb V of the Poggio Pinci Necropolis in Asciano and dating between the 4th and 3rd century BCE, features a distinctive "spool" body shape. Likely used for pouring liquids during rituals, this elegant vessel reflects the skill of Etruscan metalworkers and their attention to detail in both form and material. The kyathos is now preserved at the Museo Palazzo Corboli in Asciano, where it represents the art and ritual practices of the Etruscan period.
